Business English for Executives

This course is run on a bespoke and on demand basis for business professionals who use English at work, are already at B2 level or higher in English, and need to expand their knowledge and ability.

Our business English courses are dynamic and short, to enable business people to squeeze them into their busy working lives – from 1 week to 2 weeks, depending on how much time is available, although longer courses are also possible on request.

The course objectives:

The aim of this course is to give a substantial boost to busy business executives, improving in a short time their understanding and use of English in international business and enabling them to perform at a higher level and with greater confidence.

    This element of the programme is followed in the mornings in small classes (maximum 6, minimum of 3 participants).

    The afternoons are structured according to individual student needs with a range of options available including one-to-one lessons, private study or sightseeing and cultural activities. Prices for individual programmes on application. 1-1 lessons and accompanied cultural activities.

    Standard Business English

    This course comprises 15 hours of General English plus 5 hours’ individual bespoke lessons per week.

  • Our Business English teachers have extensive experience in successfully training international business personnel. All of them are proficient in at least one other European language as well as English, and some of them have hands-on business experience.

  • Participants can choose between staying with local host families (breakfast and dinner provided, plus lunch at the weekends) or at a local hotel. We may also have spaces available in our top-quality student apartments, but this depends upon existing bookings.

  • The course syllabus includes learning material from a variety of professional sources, depending upon the specific interests of the students, but is structured around first-rate and comprehensive course books produced for business professionals by leading academic publishers. All students receive a copy of the book they use, which can also be used for self-study after the course ends.
